It began with a problem every small team knows: at some point, the work starts running you. We are building a business operating system – software that takes in the day's work, decides what actually matters, handles what it can, and gets a little sharper each time it does. The point was never to replace people; it was to let a few of them carry the weight of many. Inside Tohu Labs we found the room – and the discipline – to turn a daily frustration into something that now runs quietly in the background. What it can do, and the rules it answers to, we keep close, for now.
